I’ve found it most helpful to have conversations about what you love, what drives you, what possesses your mind rather than on simply reducing anxiety and depression. If I’m going to learn how to play a sport, I don’t go to someone and ask them how not to play. I go to those who play well. Its the same with therapy. Focusing on anxiety or depression is asking how not to play the game. I want to have conversations with you about intentional living … about playing. My form of “therapy” is to focus on what brings you joy, what holds you back from feeling fully alive and fostering the mindsets that cultivate this.
Nervous? Relax. A half of the population doesn't seek mental health treatment at all. So if you walk through my door, that already puts you ahead.
